Mediation Resolves and HR Resolves use a Service Contract that is signed by each party responsible for the payment of our fees and expenses.
We ask that the signed Service Contract be received in our office at least seven days before the scheduled date of the service along with an advance deposit. The advance deposit is applied towards the final bill.
The advance deposit is refundable if you give us a notice of cancellation at least seven days before any scheduled service. Otherwise the advance deposit is non-refundable. The deposit may be applied towards a rescheduled date.
Mediation Resolves reserves the right to cancel scheduled meetings and services if the signed Service Contract and advance deposit are not received on time.
