HOW CAN MEDIATION RESOLVES ASSURE follow through afterwords?

We can't. But you can.

Many participants use the option of writing a binding letter of agreement (or intention) before the mediation is over. So while the ideas and discussions during a mediation remain confidential and non-binding, you can in fact lock down your agreements the same day.

Additionally, workplace mediation involves two or more parties who know each other and who often continue to work together. Goodwill is a powerful force of human nature. The commitments made at the conclusion of a mediation are expressions of goodwill and go a great way towards compliance.

Periodically some clarifications are required after the meeting. In those instances a phone call or video conference with the mediator reassures the participants of the direction they agreed to take.
