HRR has developed a widely accepted alternative to the traditional ways of resolving workplace differences. Our mediation model allows associates to resolve issues by themselves. And to do so quickly. Mediation is an outstanding option for resolving operational disagreements and a cost effective alternative to legal proceedings.

HRR has decades of experience with both union represented and non-represented companies. We believe that the freedom to act independently - without corporate union interference - is the best environment for success.

We have expertise in 21st century union organizing campaigns and decertifications. We work with legal, HR and comms experts to assure employees have all the facts and that they receive balanced information. We encourage employee education, particularly surrounding the importance of their lawful rights to choose.
