Thornton is the founder and senior partner of HRResolves - a company that is all about employees. He focuses on associate involvement and personal responsibility. “We believe in paying attention to employees and giving them meaningful and influential seats at the table.”

His work encourages making an investment in independent, responsible and engaged employees -employees who are given the latitude to make daily contributions to customer service and targeted financials.

Thornton has over 30 years of experience in workplace mediation, the freedom to act autonomously, and employee participation business plans.

Thornton’s other passion is to avoid ongoing disputes. When issues arise he addresses them quickly and without the complications of external interference or endless litigation. He describes his approach as indispensable. "Legal matters and unwelcome outsiders often leave everyone exhausted. Why not try something else instead?"
